Description
The Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholarship is available to high school seniors who plan to attend an institute of higher learning. You must be a U.S. citizen and a resident of one of the 50 U.S. states to be eligible for this award. In many states, the applications are sent to the school itself and the student must be nominated by the school.
