Each Walmart Scholarships is € 19,800.00 per year, this number including national insurance contributions (INPS), the scholarship recipients are required to pay (8.91% for 2011).
This fellowship does not include entrance fee and no annual increases for the research period spent abroad.
PhD Walmart Scholarships program lasts for three years and renewable for a fourth year (without grant), approved by school authorities. At the end of the first and second years of attendance, students have
to be evaluated as proficient in accordance with school rules.
